1. Professional Commitment
SoniNow is committed to the successful delivery of all architectural and engineering initiatives. We operate under a milestone-based engagement model to ensure that value is delivered and verified at every stage of the project lifecycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of professional digital services, refunds are generally not granted for work already completed and approved. Eligibility for a partial refund or credit is determined based on the current project phase and the specific cause of termination as outlined in the project SOW.
3. Milestone Settlements
Clients are encouraged to verify all deliverables during the review period of each milestone. Approval of a milestone signifies acceptance of the work and concludes the refund eligibility for that specific portion of the fee.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a quality dispute, we initiate a technical audit performed by an independent internal architect. We prioritize remediation and resolution over cancellation to ensure the integrity of the project's digital foundation.
