2. Architectural Verification

Every deliverable undergoes a multi-stage verification process. This includes automated unit testing, manual architectural review, and performance benchmarking. We ensure that every line of code meets our "Architecture First" standard before being marked as delivered.

3. Timelines & Milestones

Project timelines are established during the discovery phase and formalised in the SOW. We utilize agile methodologies to provide iterative updates, ensuring absolute transparency throughout the delivery cycle. Unexpected technical blockers are communicated instantly with proposed mitigation strategies.

4. Handover Protocols

Formal delivery terminates with a structured handover meeting. Clients receive access to all relevant repositories, documentation vaults, and administrative credentials. A post-delivery support period is typically provided to ensure seamless transition and operational stability.
